Mansory Mercedes SLS AMG Cormeum

Here is another unique tuning job performed by the guys at Mansory on the Mercedes SLS AMG. The supercar turned out much different in terms of styling compared to the factory model. Called the Cormeum, an odd name for a car I say, the style of this Mercedes is signed by Kourosh Mansory, the head designer and owner of the tuning company. The mods are extreme, and include new headlights similar to the Ferrari 599, a new front spoiler, larger air intakes, and F1 inspired front end. Several brake air ducts made their way into the body lines, while a rear spoiler fitted with a large air diffuser rounds out the rear. The world renowned tuners didn’t stop with just the exterior, however they boosted the power figures equally.

Under the hood, the Mercedes SLS AMG Cormeum produces 660 hp, a 89 horsepower increase over the stock model. This increase comes from the addition of a new sports air filter, custom exhaust system, and tuning of the high performance compressors. Mansory announced that in the works is a 800 horsepower upgrade, but nothing official has come to our attention yet.

As for performance on the track, the Mercedes SLS AMG now rides 20 mm closer to the pavement with the installation of new dampers and sport springs. The sports car sits on 20-inch alloy rims at the front, and 21-inch alloys at the rear. Inside the Mercedes is typical luxury, enhanced with hand-stitched leather upholstery and carbon fiber trim. Aluminum pedals were also a minor upgrade, while Mansory plans to only construct 15 limited edition units of the Cormeum Mercedes SLS AMG. Stay tuned for future Mansory tuning projects.
